Keymap/ Navigation SDK sample applications update

We added new feature on Keymap/ Navigation SDK C++ Edition sample applications. Now user can left mouse click/ tap and hold on route start or destination and move. New route is calculated automatically.

Now routing engine officially supports dynamic routing, i.e. any road segment weight can be changed in real time, according to current traffic condition.
